When a member pays for one of your plans, we keep 2.5% of the payment plus $1. Stripe charges its own card fees.
On a $20 monthly plan, we keep $1.50 of each payment.

- $12.99 a month: your own number and 300 texts sent or received each month.
- After that, 3¢ a text, billed with the next month's charge. A text is up to 160 characters; a longer one counts once for each 160 characters or part of 160.
- Carrier fees at cost: $19.50 once, then $1.50 a month ($2 for a sole proprietor).
- Stop any time: texts stop at the end of the paid month.
We charge nothing for WhatsApp. Meta bills your business for its message fees.

Questions
- Is Nxera free?
- Yes. Your customers, follow-ups by email, reviews, quotes, messages, your page and your plans cost nothing. We earn when your members pay, and texts are an add-on you choose.
- What do you take from my plan payments?
- 2.5% + $1 of each payment a member makes. On a $20 plan, $1.50. If you refund a payment, we give our fee back in the same proportion.
- Who pays Stripe's fees?
- Your business, as with any card payment. Stripe charges them apart from our fee and from your plan's price.
- What do texts cost?
- Texts open soon. $12.99 a month with a texting number for your business and 300 texts sent or received. After that, 3¢ a text. Carrier fees are at cost: $19.50 once ($15 if we still hold your registration), then $1.50 a month, or $2 for a sole proprietor.
- What counts as a text?
- One message of up to 160 characters, sent or received. A longer one counts once for each 160 characters or part of 160.
- Can I stop texts?
- Any time. Texts stop at the end of the paid month; then we release your number and delete the carrier campaign. That last month's texts over the included ones are billed on their own invoice.
